You may not use Bulk SMS Dhaka’s SMS service for personal purposes, such as sending messages to a girlfriend, or for any kind of love-related/romantic messages, adult messages, abusive language, or threats. If such use is detected, the account will be suspended immediately, and no requests or appeals will be accepted.
Sending any type of personal SMS is strictly prohibited (including messages sent to your own number).
আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে যে এসএমএস প্রেরণ হবে তার সম্পূর্ন দ্বায়ভার আপনার হবে, যদি আপনি এসএমএস সার্ভিস খারাপ উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করা হলে আপনার বিরুদ্ধে আইনানুগব্যবস্থা গ্রহন করা হবে ।
You will be fully responsible for all SMS sent from your account. If the SMS service is used for any malicious or unlawful purpose, legal action will be taken against you.
Ads দেখে টাকা উপার্জন, এমএলএম টাইপ ইকমার্স সাইট/অ্যাপ্লিকেশন, ptc, ppc, Forex, Banking, dollar buy sell, dollar exchanging site, betting, gambling, loan অথবা illegal যেকোনো সাইট থেকে কোনো রকম এসএমএস প্রেরন করা যাবে না । এরকম সাইট থেকে এসএমএস প্রেরন করলে অ্যাকাউন্ট সাসপেন্ড করা হবে এবং কোনো প্রকার রিফান্ড করা হবে না । জুয়া/গেমিং/বেটিং রিলেটেড সাইট থেকে এসএমএস প্রেরণ করার চেস্টা করা হলে আইনানুগব্যবস্থা ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হবে।
No SMS may be sent for websites or applications related to earning money by watching ads, MLM-type e-commerce platforms, PTC, PPC, Forex, banking, dollar buy/sell, dollar exchange services, betting, gambling, loans, or any other illegal activities.
If SMS is sent from such sites, the account will be suspended and no refund will be provided. Any attempt to send SMS related to gambling, gaming, or betting websites will result in legal action.
কাস্টমার সাপোর্টে কল করে বাজে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না, এক্ষেত্রে সাথে সাথে অ্যাকাউন্ট সাসপেন্ড করা হবে এবং ভবিষ্যতে কোনো রকম সেবা দেওয়া হবে না । আমরা শুধুমাত্র সার্ভার এবং এসএমএস ডেলিভারিতে সমস্যা হলে তার টেকনিক্যাল সাপোর্ট প্রদান করি । এর বাহিরে API integration, Plugin Setup, SMS Sending, Account Opening সহ যাবতীয় সকল কাজ কাস্টমার এর নিজের করতে হবে ।
Abusive or inappropriate behavior when calling customer support is strictly prohibited. In such cases, the account will be suspended immediately and no services will be provided in the future.
We provide technical support only for server-related issues and SMS delivery problems. All other tasks—including API integration, plugin setup, SMS sending, and account opening—must be handled by the customer.
নিয়মভঙ্গের জন্য অ্যাকাউন্ট সাসপেন্ড হলে কোনোরকম টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না, আমরা আপনার প্রতিটি এসএমএস মনিটর করি এবং নিয়মভঙ্গের জন্য বিনা নোটিশে অ্যাকাউন্ট সাসপেন্ড করার ক্ষমতা রাখি, এছাড়াও উপরের কন্ডিশন গুলো সকল নাম্বার ( এমনকি ইউজারের নিজের নাম্বারের ক্ষেত্রেও প্রযোজ্য হবে, আমরা শুধু কনটেন্ট দেখবো কাকে প্রেরন করেছেন তা দেখবো না সুতরাং নিজের নাম্বারে এসএমএস পাঠিয়ে আমাদের terms & Conditions ভাঙ্গলেও আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট সাসপেন্ড করা হবে ।
If an account is suspended due to violation of the rules, no refund will be provided. We monitor every SMS sent from your account and reserve the right to suspend accounts without prior notice in case of any violation.
Additionally, the above conditions apply to all numbers, including the user’s own number. We evaluate only the message content, not the recipient. Therefore, even if you send SMS to your own number and violate our Terms & Conditions, your account will be suspended.
